Chappel and Wakes Colne, Essex

I spent a glorious March afternoon at Chappel and Wakes Colne.  It was sunny, warm and bright. What a pleasure it was to be there on a magnificent spring day.

The Church of St Barnabas, Chappel, Essex

              Chappel viaduct on the line between Sudbury and Marks Tey.

Repair and restoration work at Chappel and Wakes Colne Railway Station, Essex.  Most of this station is in the care of the East Anglian Railway Museum.
