I rejoice in what is doing in their lives. Missionary work has been critized by political thinkers and sociologists, but I can see the positive outcomes: conversions, care for the poor, the needy, orphans, widows, education, better living conditions... one could go on and on. BMS means, to me, brilliant missionary society, benefiting more souls, being more success (in terms of the Kingdom of God).
